The MORSØ-NF is a patented foot-operated notch cutting machine for cutting window bars, mullions, and cabinet front frames requiring haunch joints.

Function

It cuts all kinds of wood, plastic, MDF and plywood. MORSØ-NF leaves the cut surface of the wood perfectly smooth and accurate, requiring no further preparation before joining. The horizontal movement of the knife block is stepwise adjustable
knives.
The fences, left and right, with the  stops ensure correct work. The special lever system of the machine ensures a very easy  operation. Twin return springs automatically bring  the knives back to starting position.

Models Available

The standard manually operated machines come in two versions the NFS can fit nose knives from 6mm-20mm, and the NFL can fit nose knives from 12mm-26mm.

There is also an option to replace the standard heads with a head to fit 4mm nose knives.
